Our principal, James A. Stuber, is an attorney admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia. A graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Stuber focuses his practice in the fields of governmental, business, and private investment law. Mr. Stuber previously was legislative director for the late U.S. Congressman Paul G. Rogers and an associate attorney at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells), where he represented national clients in matters involving legislative and administrative law. Mr. Stuber has served as outside general counsel to companies engaged in private equity investing and the technology, energy and hospitality sectors.

Pro Bono Award
In 2007 and 2008, Mr. Stuber received the Florida Supreme Court award for outstanding service pro bono publico, for non-paid work on behalf of individuals in need of legal representation.
